From drawing to sample: what our OEM process actually looks like
Custom work starts with artwork: a drawing, a reference sample or a link to a product you like. We come back with the construction and the materials, and list every option that changes the cost separately, so you can see what each decision does to the unit price.
Sampling takes 7–10 days. You test the sample, confirm fabric, colour, logo and packing, and then the bulk run starts from 500 pcs.
Before dispatch every carton is inspected by hand and photographed. Those photos go to you before the goods leave, which is also what marketplace support teams ask for when a claim is raised.
