Most wholesale buyers assume the minimum applies to each style. At our factory it applies to the order: 200 pcs in total, any mix of styles, as long as every style reaches its own minimum packing quantity.
An order of 80 tool bags, 60 cup sleeves and 60 tote bags passes, because the cart total is 200. An order of 150 tool bags alone does not. The cart page tells you the running total, and the checkout blocks until the threshold is reached.
Two practical notes: the minimum is editable in the admin at any time (WooCommerce → ShanLong settings), and a single product can carry a higher minimum of its own when the style needs it — for example a bag that requires a dedicated cutting run.
